Ingredients
- Vegetables: A variety of vegetables such as cabbage, carrots, potatoes, and mushrooms.
- Bean products: Tofu, dried tofu, and other bean products.

- Seafood and meat: Seafood like small scallops and sliced pork belly.
- Spices: Chili oil, pepper powder, ginger, garlic, and a special Northeast-style malatang seasoning. Also, seasonings like salt, sugar, light soy sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil are added for flavor.
Preparation
